Are the tablets on your web-site brand name medications?

All the pills in our list are generic products.

What do you mean under the word "generic"? Do these medications have the same effect as the brand name pills?

Let`s define the difference between generic tablets and brand name ones: it`s their shape, the name itself and of course the price. The point is that generic pills have the name of the main material they contain, while famous producers use brand names. At the same time a producer of generic tablets cannot own a patent for any chemical material, so all these pills are called simply generic. Regarding the chemical composition - it`s the same as in brand pills; the same is also medical effect. What differs is the price of generic pills, which is quite lower.

Why are your pills cheaper than brand tablets?

Lower price is connected with the fact, that world-famous producers spend great sums on the research and creation of new drugs, and also on the advertising. Moreover, getting FDA approval is also rather expensive in the United States. But the producers of generic medications are free from all these "problems" and duties. That`s why it is cheaper for you to buy our generic tablets.

Why do your generic tablets have another form and the other names? They do not resemble medication with brand names.

As it was mentioned above, generic pills cannot possess the names of their ingredients. Please, explain the difference between 50mg and 100mg pills?

The tablets we offer come in different dosage: 50mg and 100mg pills. They show the amount of the main ingredient (Sildenafil) in one tablet: for example, a 50mg tablet of Viagra has 50 mg of Sildenafil and a 100mg tablet has 100mg of the active component. Actually 50mg of Sildenafil is considered to be a normal dose for achieving the best result. But it is recommended to begin with 25mg dose (just break a 50mg tablet in two parts and take only one part of it), then you`ll see if it is enough. If it is not - take a 50mg tablet.

Is a prescription from a doctor necessary to order pills here?

Remember, that this notification is of great importance, so inform us immediately if you don`t receive it within ten minutes. We`ll send it once more.

How can I choose a wire payment? When will you send the order?

If you want a wire transfer, follow these steps:

Choose the product you are going to order.
Then you go to the "Checkout page" in order to check the wire payment box; after that you fill in the order form and choose the "Submit transaction" knob.
If all your data will be inserted alright, you`ll see the message of confirmation on your display; the message will also contain the address where the wire transfer will be sent. This very confirmation will be delivered to your electronic address (but it is better to save the message`s text).
You are to send the wire to the specified address in 48 hours.
When the payment is delivered (it is done normally within 3-5 days period), we`ll send the tablets.

When are you going to post the first part of the order?

The whole process will be performed the next way:

At the very moment that you complete the form at the checkout page and choose "Submit", all the information will be passed to the processing centre where our people examine it and thereby the credit card will be charged.

What kind of parcels do you use? Am I to get it directly in my hands?

What ways of delivery have you got?

At present we may propose to you two ways of delivery: Standard International Airmail: all the parcels and packages will never be tracked. The second way is the Courier Service - when the parcels sent by the service are easily tracked by the tracking number provided when your order is delivered.

How long should I wait for my order?

The time of delivery depends directly on the chosen type of delivery and on the place of destination (we mean the country you live in).

Please, be attentive! It will not be possible to ship your order by "Courier Service" when you choose a Post Office box as the address of delivery, or if you make a mistake in the telephone number.

Will you transport the order the same day I buy it?

The procedure of shipment is as following: all the tablets are meant to be shipped immediately. First of all we check the shipping information (it must be appropriate); next we pack your order, and only then it will be sent out. This process generally takes approximately 1-2 days.

Can the custom officers delay the package?

If such a problem appears, we`ll inform you. They may ask the receiver to arrive and give a permit to check the package. After this procedure you`ll surely get your tablets. In case some problems appear you should inform the representatives of our company, and we`ll help to solve the incident.

What should I do if my parcel is out of order or some parts of it are absent?

Inform the representatives of our company immediately. In this case our team will sent the parcel again or do the compensation. Read our policies for more detailed information. But we must inform you: when you order 90 (or more tablets), your order will be delivered in a few parts: at first, for instance, you`ll receive 30 pills (and four free tablets in addition) in the first package and the second part of the order will contain the rest 60 tabs (but you`ll receive it later).

How much will the reshipment of the parcel cost?

We usually resend the ordered goods for free! You aren`t to pay some additional many for it.
