The pills we sell are made and shipped from India. You know it’s rather far, so the delivery takes certain time. Generally, all the shipments are delivered within a period of 10-17 days but sometimes there are delays (not more than five days).
If your order wasn’t delivered in time and five days passed, then you should inform the representatives of our company and we’ll find it out. We are interested in your comfort, so we’ll try to give you the best variant.

Order cancellation policy
If you want to cancel the order, please remember, that it will be possible only within 24 hours after your order was submitted. If you need to cancel the already made order, then contact our people via e-mail or over the telephone. Inform us of your decision timely! When you want to cancel the parcel after 24 hours have passed, it will not be possible!
Please check if you enter a valid address in the form of the order. It is highly recommended to check all the shipping information twice before you make an order. You must realize that even small mistake here can prevent normal delivery of your parcel. If you noticed the mistake after the form had been filled in, inform us about it as fast as possible.
Refund policy
Our generic medications are not different from the same tablets with famous names. They are manufactured from the same materials and components, according to the same technologies. We can fully guarantee you their quality, composition and effect.
But if it happens so that you’re not pleased with the result of our tablets, you should also contact the members of our team and explain the problem. Next we’ll provide you with the return address; when the product will be sent back you’ll receive your money. The refund procedure is quite possible here, if necessary.
Before you contact us in case of refusal, check carefully the instructions and the dose. We always send instructions together with generic pills. Moreover, keep in mind that the effect of the tablets can be weakened by greasy food or alcohol drinks.
If the order was not delivered to the given address within the possible period (10-17 days of delivery and 5 possible days of delay), contact the members of our team. The refund will be surely performed. As for the time of the refund procedure – it normally takes 5-7 days (except the weekends and holidays).
